By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to:
- Use of the website
- Booking of accommodation
- Stay at Nandi Rezidences
- Additional services and packages
2. Booking & Payment
All reservations require 100% prepayment at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Payments are accepted via:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit cards
No security deposit is currently required; however, Guests remain fully liable for any damages.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled no later than 21 days (3 weeks) before arrival (until 23:59).
- If cancelled later — no refund (100% retained).
- No-show: 100% retained.
- Early departure: No refund.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: until 11:00
Early/late times are subject to prior agreement and availability.
5. House Rules
Use Period Restriction
The Holiday Home may be used strictly on the dates for which payment has been made and confirmed.
Use of the property outside the confirmed booking period is not permitted without prior written agreement.
Maximum Occupancy
6 adults and 1 child
OR
1–3 adults and 4 children
Exceeding occupancy is allowed ONLY with written agreement of the managing company, Nandi Global SIA.
Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may stay overnight.
Any additional overnight guests must be agreed in writing and paid for in advance.
Events
Events and parties are not allowed under standard bookings.
Events are permitted only under separate agreement and event pricing.
Unauthorized events result in termination without refund.
Quiet Hours
22:30 – 07:00
If authorities are called due to violation of quiet hours or public order regulations, all fines and related costs shall be borne by the Guest.
Smoking
Strictly prohibited indoors.
Allowed only outdoors.
Pets
Not allowed.
Unauthorized pets incur €50 penalty.
Use & Movement of Property Items
Guests shall not relocate large household items, grill equipment, recreational equipment (including table tennis), or furniture without prior approval.
Any temporarily moved items must be returned to their original location before check-out.
Furniture taken outdoors must be returned indoors before departure.
Damage Reporting Obligation
Guests must immediately notify the property representative of any damage, breakage, staining, or malfunction.
Failure to report damage may result in full liability for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
Property Security Upon Departure
Upon departure, Guests must:
- Close all windows;
- Lock entrance doors;
- Place keys in designated code boxes as instructed.
Guests remain liable for losses resulting from failure to properly secure the property.
Equipment Assistance
Guests must contact the designated representative if they have questions regarding equipment use or technical issues.
Guests must not attempt repairs or technical interventions themselves.
6. Additional Services
Available services may include:
- Hot tub
- Sauna
- Romantic packages (champagne & snacks / roses & sparkling wine)
All additional services:
- Must be booked in advance
- Are subject to availability
- Are used at Guest’s own risk
Hot Tub Electricity Rule
The electric heating system of the hot tub must be switched off during nighttime hours unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If left switched on overnight without agreement, an additional charge of €25 per night will apply.
The property owner reserves the right to verify compliance through energy monitoring and/or outdoor CCTV.
7. Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
Wooden Structures & Fire Safety
The house and related structures are wooden.
Bonfires anywhere on the property are strictly prohibited.
Guests must exercise extreme caution with fire.
Violation may result in termination and liability for damages.
Steep Stairs (Attic Area)
One sleeping area is accessible via steep stairs.
Guests acknowledge increased risk.
Children must be supervised.
Use at own risk.
Sauna & Hot Tub
Used at Guest’s own risk.
The company is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use.
8. CCTV Surveillance
4 outdoor CCTV cameras operate on the territory.
No cameras are installed indoors.
Recordings may be used in case of damage or legal disputes.
9. Guest Liability
Guests are fully responsible for:
- Property damage
- Missing or damaged items
- Fire-related damage
- Violations of rules
- Additional energy costs
Repair and compensation costs may be charged accordingly.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nandi Global SIA is not liable for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Accidents caused by failure to follow rules
- Improper use of facilities
11. Right to Refuse Service
The company may refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove guests without refund if rules are violated or unsafe behavior occurs.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Laws of the Republic of Latvia
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
14. Language
These Terms are available in English and Latvian.
In case of discrepancies, the Latvian version prevails.
